Hi, I’m Mel

For the past 12 years I have worked in various customer service and administrative roles from supermarkets to offices to government departments. Now, I’m bringing those skills to my own business - supporting individuals and small businesses with the admin tasks they don’t have time for.

On a personal note, I am a wife, a mum to two energetic boys and have two beautiful dogs. I’m happiest with a good coffee in hand and a walk by the ocean. I’m down to earth, love a good laugh and believe that business should be a good balance of professional and fun.

Starting this business has given me the freedom to work around my family while helping others create more balance in their own lives. I’d love to help you do the same.
